Cassie Hillinger - Vanoudenhove

Cassie is Broker/ Co-Owner of Keller Williams Success Realty of Barrington, Il. She has been the Team Leader/ CEO for the past 10 years with a keen focus on consulting and coaching agents to build their businesses by providing excellent training, tools, systems and a support team in order to enhance the client experience. Her Office has outperformed the market by 60% in closed listings year to date and has achieved the most closed sales with the highest list to sale price ratio and fewest days on market. In the height of the 2011 recession, her office sold 830 homes, 100% more than the other local agencies. She attributes her success to client focused, quality care and a great sense of current market knowledge. She has a track record of proven success.

She has served as a director on the Northshore Board of Realtors, and is a member of the Institute Luxury Home Marketing. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and Illinois Association of Realtors. She has designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Short Sale and Foreclosure specialist, Green, Eco Broker, Managing Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, and EPro.

Cassie was also the Co-Owner/ Manager of the successful, well loved home town restaurant, The Cypress Inn of Northbrook.

She graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts from Rollins College in Winter Park Florida. She loves golf, tennis, skiing, sail boating, musical theater, playing the guitar, traveling the world and reading great leadership books. She is a member of Willow Creek and leads a BSF Group.

Bruno is founder and sole proprietor of BV Real Estate Photography, which specializes in high quality photos of residential real estate. Bruno's previous 17 year experience in sales, marketing and real estate development for one of the top 3 Belgian Chocolate Companies, lays a great foundation for his ability to design websites and brochures, and market the property through many distribution channels.

In addition, Bruno has a great sense of how to buy, sell and prepare a home for sale as he has extensive experience in buying, remodeling, and selling investment properties, which not only takes a keen sense of market analytics, but a strong set of negotiating skills.
